Bookings must be picked up and returned on time.  Rich Neighbor Vibes offer a 1-hour window from the scheduled drop off time to return the vehicle. Returning the vehicle outside of this window will result in an additional charge as follows: 25% of the daily rate for the 1st hour outside the 1-hour grace period and another 25% of the daily rate for the 2nd hour outside the grace period, after which the full daily rate will be charged.

Additional fees may be charged.  Examples of additional fees are:

• DEPOSIT FORFEITURE – No Smoking in the vehicle. Any smoking will result in this non-negotiable policy.
• $100 Cleaning Fee – if vehicle is returned with an EXTREMELY DIRTY interior/exterior condition.
• $500 – No Reckless Driving, racing, burnouts, or donuts or a $500 non-negotiable fee will be assessed.
• $500 – Marijuana and other Drugs – Evidence of use/transportation of Marijuana or any other drugs in the vehicle will levy a $500 charge through Turo and consequent action at their discretion.
• $200 – Out of State fee for each state traveled.
• $500 – Ride Share Fee – The vehicle is strictly not to be used for any ride sharing or food delivery services like Uber/Eats/Lyft/Foodora/Skip etc.

$500 – Lost Card Key – A key is provided.  If lost, a replacement fee will be charged.

• Parking Ticket Surcharge – If a parking ticket is issued while the vehicle is in your possession, please inform us, we will request reimbursement through Turo. If we receive a letter in the mail, we will automatically add a $30 convenience fee on top of the fine.
• Excessive Speeding – This car is monitored in real time for Excessive Speeding, Hard Acceleration/Braking and driving outside the area of allotted mileage. You will be issued a warning by text message. If we notice continuous harsh driving, we will report it to Turo and seek compensation.

If you are pulled over while the vehicle is in your possession, you need to inform us of the details of the traffic stop.

• For a minimal fee, doorstep delivery of the vehicle is available depending on the distance needed to travel.  Renters can also choose to return the vehicle to your home or anywhere else at your convenience for a minimal fee based on distance needed to travel.
